Is there a way so fix the configurator so it will save changes ?

Does this fix the bug with the configurator so it will now save changes ?

my configurator doesen't save my changes how can i fix that ?

my game is crashing everytime i try to go to the army warehouse area from bar i tried starting all over again but that didn't work and i also don't have the latest patch only the 6 parts thats it is that the problem ? Here is the reason:
