Its not there :( i go to the folder where i got cod4, nothing there, i go to the call of duty 4 data. Nothing there. But its weird there is no iw3sp (that i find) on cod4 but on MW2 there is. What should i do?

Is there a way to skip that target field properties and to skip making a shortcut? Cause none of those work on mac. And iw3sp.exe can i not find. And theres no videos of it either :(
