I need someone to make graphic assets because I'm bad at making graphic, audio, and map assets. It is possible though even without the assets. I trying to avoid to much voice acting because it is difficult to find professional voice actors, I don't expect that because it is a mod.
I'm going to look at it, could be the animation list in the rules not having all the art assets pointing towards it.
why does this half life mod require an exe file to play? Usually half life mods are zipped with the files included. I would definitely play this if it didn't require installing with an installer. The installer seems shady for a half life mod.
how long do the flares last. if they a finite, you could make them into something where it can detect stealth units at a short distance. accaully a sensor array logic wouldn't look so good, maybe something that uncloaks them.
I have some advice, try to get the skeleton of mod done first, then replace assets. I had this issue before when modding Tiberian Sun which took almost 8 years. I redo to mod and it only took from 3 months to a year to develop. When building a house, focus on a bare minimum to pass inspection. Then after the house is build add all the accessories. This shortens development time greatly. Also, do you have a discord, I would like to help.

Just let everybody know that the bug with the Mobile EMP is fixed now. Before releasing update 2.3, I changed the ID name for the Mobile EMP in preparation for it to be used by the AI. I duplicated the GDI Sub-factions Mobile EMP and forgot to give it an image. Once noticing this problem I patched it straight away
I thinking it has something to do with the unloading frame because the mod doesn't have one because of the different harvester types. I noticed that the harvester voxel without the crate has a movement speed of 8 while the regular harvester voxel has a movement speed of 5.
Is it just the harvester's that are slower or is everything slower. That is strange, let me check it out.
The should be the same from Tiberian Sun. Red Alert 2 has a faster drop of rate.

I recommend making this mod in Tiberian Sun Client, Then you can have multiplayer support because it comes with CNCNet. Also do you have a discord. It's not that hard and I can show you how.
What operating system are you using, also you might want to check what DDraw you have in the options menu.

Why not just release the mod with the client files, is that allowed. As long as the authors of the client give you permission or give if you give them credit for the client's development it should be fine. Twisted Insurrection comes in a zip and DTA also comes with a zip.
Is it possible to not use an exe and instead use a zip folder kind of like what Twisted Insurrection does or DTA does. I there a reason why you used an exe instead of the zip. Isn't TS Client free to use? Also, it would be a good idea to add a discord server to encourage multiplayer gameplay. Good work and I hope the best for this project.
