The Main Goal of this Mod is to add addition factions to Tiberain Sun Client 5.46 and some minor Tweaks to gameplay. The Factions added are Cabal and HSF. The Cabal's faction is a split of Nod Tech with cybernetic units, Mutegenic Weapons, and Subterrianian Tech. The HSF is a subfaction of GDI that specializes on experimental technology, HSF stands for Hammerfest Security Forces, They specialize in EMP, Hover, and Particle Weaponry. When the mod is installed, check your game settings and adjust it.

They are targetable by high tier anti-air such as Firestorm Platforms and Mobile SAMs (not in the manual). Low tier SAMs can shoot them down but not as effectively as the high tier SAMs.
