Maybe next time try darkening the image and making sure the dark parts are fully black, without any bits that are even 1 tiny bit brighter than full black. (That's why I know what ethoslab's (or whatever his name is on youtube) real name is, it was 'blacked out' on his Microsoft Word, but if you brighten it you can see it lol)

I think it's some sort of sound-amplifying binocular, and you could hear things from a distance by focusing the binoculars on a sound source.

Yeah, the mod will have Kraken Base, the Weather Control and the consul plaza. And I understand why you're asking, as we haven't shown much of it yet.
