Actually since 2008, Kosovo has been a partially recognized state, It's one of the reasons on why Serbia isn't in the EU.

Heya, yea I've came up with a few ideas for the tech tree, like demand Attu and a claim on Canada. Also with manpower it most likely won't be changed since it's 3 million manpower in Alaska which is like 3x the population of today Alaska but I will see what I can do to increase Alaska's manpower like refugees from other countries I guess.

In my Alaska mod I used a file called "463-Alaska.txt" in history\states folders

The current file that is up starts with 1 civilian factory. The new file that I will be uploading tonight or tomorrow comes with 5 infrastructure, 5 civilian factories and 748 oil. If you want anymore just say.

Yea me and my friend are working on advisors, most likely in a few days they will be up.

The population I put up is 736,732 (2014 population). The only reason it drops so low is because of the divisions at the start (Both of them are like 9k manpower). Also since you can only use like 5% manpower or less at the start. I will look at seeing what I can do to edit it. :)
