Ive downloaded this mod and i am launching with wse but i cannot get the F5 menu for the ai settings to open any suggestions?

Im in a Dwarven playthrew right now and everytime i sign a peace treaty with the, Chaos dwarves it says it is for 20 days but about a day or 2 later, they declare war on me again. It has happened 2 times already. I have decent Right to Rule and a good Reputation

I cant find the Mount & blade .exe file for 1.174 anywhere could someone tell me where it would be or a link would be useful too.
