Just to clear any confusion. We do not need to install the Chaos Daemons and Daemonhunters correct? I was under the impression it would be included in the next update, but im asking to make sure. Recently did a wipe of all my mods for DoW, so I want to make sure.

Here is a good question I have. Have you changed anything in terms of balance for the base game units, buildings, etc? Like I'm watching Astrohero replays for DoWSS, but when I see how some of the games go it's clear there are some balance issues which makes me really enjoy Dowpro more now that I have seen them. lol

I'm not saying to copy DowPro or anything like that, just if you made changes to some of the more...stronger openers for some factions.

I mean I can't say I would agree with it taking decisions away since players would have the ability to cancel the command anytime they want just like with auto reinforce, auto build, etc. Only way is would screw you over in theory is if you really are not paying attention. Though it's a valid point if you give your squads more than one weapon type, but I mean is that a problem where it warrants not having the option to have it at all? Cause I usually have my squads focus on one thing only and specialize them to counter certain things.

Right now the right mouse button always cancels out the order when a squad is full. The one nice thing about DoW2 is that it does not do that if for example the reinforce commands.

I meant to just right click on say a flamer upgrade and have it auto queue to be build when say a squad loses a unit and that unit had the flamer upgrade. Not that it would pick what you weapons you would get (that would be terrible), but rather that it would auto purchase the upgrade if you have it queued.

In my friends opinion, I mean he really is not wrong if you think about it, that one change would remove a lot of unnecessary micromanagement from the game. Cause for some people DoW or RTS in general is harder to play cause of all the different things you have to micromanage at once and making it slightly easier with QoL changes would be nice for those people that may need it or want it.

So yeah asking for a friend cause he cares about this kind of stuff. Will there be in in-game rules such as falling back when moral is broken, squads auto reinforcing (and he would like it if the auto reinforce and auto buy weapons stayed enabled even after it's full idk if that doable), and no reinforcing in battle rules could be added either on release or in the future?

none of that is really needed for me, but for him it's a big deal. lol

see you guys get it. It really get a little buggy and all that when you go over the vanilla value. It could have worked if the game was done a bit differently and had better pathing.

On a side note I got company of heroes 2 cause idk it took me forever to check it out. Even though some people might not like the setting, my god...if DoW3 was design around the systems that CoH2 had it could have been amazing. Like the pathing for units in that game is better than DoW1 and DoW2 combine. lol

I also have a similar question to the guest comment. When adding new units and all that to the base game races are you balancing it around the original pop system of 20/20 or are you increasing it? I rather have it stay 20/20 personally cause dawn of war has a lot of issue when the cap is 40/40 60/60 or above.

yeah with what I have seen, I think this will be my new mod to play with my group when it's ready for release or testing. I don't think ill play with all the added races from the other mods, at least not right away. Just want base game factions first. Looking forward to trying it though! :D

Hey Hollow. First of all I really enjoy your mod. I have been playing it for awhile with friends and it's like one of the best balance wise. But I have a question and I know it's going to seem silly, but I kinda want to ask. Is there ever a chance that the Necrons can get some of the newer vehicle models in Dowpro? I just feel like base game Necron Vehicles are...well...bland in design. I really do like some of the newer models like the Arks, Annihilation Barge, etc and would love to see them included in some way. Again it's a small little thing I don't like about Necrons and I'm sure other people might feel the same.

Also there is a bug with the latest version for me and all my friends. When a player loses in Annihilation the game does not say they lose and the game kinda does not end. It's not game breaking, but I have noticed it in all my games. I'm not sure what is causing it. Never had the problem in the older versions of DowPro.

I really enjoy the mod. It's really good. however, why is my favorite race so overpowered beyond belief? Them being the Necrons. I 1v2 two other human players with them. It's just not fun when they are so overpowered. Does anyone else think they are OP or am I crazy?

I'm running into a few issues in my current game. I'm streaming SCP with this mod, but I'm getting strange bugs such as, me failing out of level several times such as when entering 106 room and 079 room. Then when I tried to go down to 049 room and game bugged out at 40% when loading, spawn the plague doctor on top of me in the elevator and it messed up the game. 049 was like stuck to my body. Then after I reloaded and tried it again it spawned 049 on top of me again and then he killed me. After the third time it was fine. But these issues are kinda happening a lot, anyone else having this people?
