I've removed the previous version of the mod and download this one, but I'm still getting the Westernising-infantry bug. Not sure what I'm doing wrong?

I fear I may have done something stupid...

After following the tutorial's instructions on installing RotR and its patches, I can't seem to launch the mod when I click the "Play" option via the desktop icon. Additionally when I try to launch vanilla Empire via Steam it no longer launches as normal. Did I perhaps accidentally remove or replace something I shouldn't have?

This looks pretty in depth! Any notion as to when it might be updated?

Has something happened to railroading the Scramble for Africa? Since a few months ago, I no longer get given the option to railroad the various Great Powers acquisitions of the respective historical African colonies. However I still get the choice to confirm the UK's "Splendid Isolation" for some reason?
