are you playing with the New Steam Version of CoH? Because i'm having the same issue with the Europe at War mod, so i doubt it is a Blitzkrieg Bug.

great mod but i found a little bug
i played a skirmish game with the US on the map Dragon Valley (i hope its right, its the first singleplayer map in the list) and i defeated all enemy units and destroyed all enemy buildings but i couldnt win the game.
sorry for my bad english i hope everybody understands what i mean ;)
