A part of Bungie still works on halo, employee's that still wanted to work on halo so technically bungie is still making halo but I'm guessing that they have a brand new head so he wanted his own spin on it and that's what we got

I wonder why ensemble did not add that in the final game it looks far more advance then the scorpion then again it makes you wonder why 343 did not use it for halo 4 id have these things escorting a mammoth.

I always liked the original look of the pelican did not like halo 4 version that much, too fat and the hold is also too fat and stiff I don't get why 343 changed something that did not need a change
