sorry, animation don't look good...the units are moving their feet (sometimes too fast) but it doesn't look, if they are moving over the ground...
...if you are creating animations for walking units, you should realize that the body is moving up & down and "swing" a little bit from right to left and back. You should also show, that the feet are hitting the ground...and the most important thing: The unit speed MUST fit perfectly to the animation speed...otherwise, it looks like a "Figure Skater"...write me if you need more information...

maybe there could be two different types of "weapons"...

1. single shockwave
PRO: large attack range, effective against units to hit them hard with "one shot"
CONTRA: have to charge before shoot...? long reacharge time...
effect: starts small as wave (?) and than grow...

2. ultra sonic beam
PRO: hit a lot of targets in line (to attack a base or much infantery)
CONTRA: medium attack range, weaker as the "single shot"
effekt: transparent beam

yep...animations of the waterfall is too fast......the video I found is not the waterfall you've made, but it is showing the "movement" of the water (in realtime)

When the right shoulder turn backwards, the right leg must also move backwards ! Welt.de
If the soldier is standing in this position, he must hold the weapon in front of it's chest. Welt.de

two things....

...an object of this size must have 3 legs an the ground...every time (thats why a "real" movement will be very slow) to be stable...
have a look at this video...watch the movement of the elephants...it could help you to create a real animation:

the death animation: ...if that thing should fall to the right side...the right legs should buggle first...than the torso should follow...a have also a video for this....it also shows a slow-motion-sequence...very good to see...
