I just uploaded a new mod and new files.
Download the Universal Patcher and the Play as Female Universal Patcher mod.
Follow the instructions and you should be able to integrate my mod with Dylan's Realism Mod.

I think I figured out why the game crashes.
I uploaded a new version, which should hopefully fix the issue.

The critical heal animation of the left foot is always misaligned, even in vanilla Far Cry 2. I don't think it's possble to fix.

It's still based on the type of damage you receive, just like in vanilla Far Cry 2.
