Seems like the loophole of making the squads able to spawn with "zero" members got patched in the last version of CoC and therefore I cant spawn "empty" squads like DoctorX01 did with his "desolation" mod.

Nope. This is pretty much like CoC's DoctorX Desolation Mod, with some differences in regards to values and time periods.

When you start the game, ALL spawns on the zone release the NPCs/Mutants, it takes a few days in game to the NPCs/Mutants to kill each other and get removed from the game.

Some of the spawns on the game take 10 (in game) days to release new squads, while the vanilla takes 2 days.

If you enable the squads/smarts on the map, you can see the time difference on the spawn times to happen.

All I can say to you guys is that this take a while to kick in, it works, but unfortunately, the way spawn works on STALKER is kinda dumb.

I will update the mod to make the squads smaller and weaker in the future. Maybe it will make the mutants and NPCs less prone to swarm the game.

Pretty sure you don't. If your game breaks for some reason, just delete the folder gamedata\configs\scripts\, and the game should get back to normal.

Nice mod, I love this kind of mod that adds a lot of "personality" to the npcs around you. Didn't took the mod for a long gameplay but the feeling is excellent.

Here are some new ideas:

- Zombied stalkers once in a while typing some gibberish in the chat (something like "qiwfjnvmo-s \fmpvno´w v", the overal idea is that they are trying to use the chatpad and failing miserably) triggering a "nice and polite answer" of the other stalkers.

- Stalkers saying their stashes were robbed or their favorite guns being stolen, the kind of stuff that is used as "missions" in the game.

- Stalkers alerting the others about faction moviment ("I saw a group of Zombies heading towards Rookie Village, get out of there or be ready to fight." or "there is a group of Monolith soldiers camping at the Lake Watchtower, avoid it if you need."), the kind of stuff that makes the zone feels like a living place.

A lot of people is asking for the Trailer song. I've made a S.T.A.K.E.R. version of the song.

It is just a simple remix, not really a great job of remixing, just tweaked the song to look (actually sound) like the one in the clip.

The mod is amazing, everything is astonishing, the only problem I'm facing is the huge amount of freezes I'm facing, but lowering a bit the graphics seems to fix it.

Thanks for your amazing job of art in this Mod.

I get the maps DE_Dust and DE_Dust2 from an old backup I had (12/11/2009) and put them in the Mod's Maps folder. When I started the game in DE_Dust2 and get this:

Then suddenly the game get back to the loading screen.

Any help would be appreciated.
