Hey not sure if it's supposed to be like that, but Admonitor, Thrawns ISD after upgrade is supposed to be ISD2 according to description - but the model is of ISD 1 (judging by the tower and batteries). Commander Piett's Accuser and Darth Vader's Devastator too - but I think these are supposed to be ISD 1s, though... an option to make them ISD2s would be cool :)

I had similar issue with provided shortcuts not working, but you can make your own shortcut to any EAW mod in ~1 minute, so not a big deal.
Just make a .bat file with "swfoc MODPATH=Mods\EAW-Remake_Light"
inside.
How to: open notepad++, copy paste above without "", if your mod folder name is different, adjust the last part,
In notepad++ "save as" and choose "batch file"
Voila!

Remember to get 1.2 update from discord, AI is less dumb in that one ;)

Simple solution to making shortcuts to every EAW mod:
Open game folder, depending on your version/source of the game, you are looking for something like
D:\GOG Games\Star Wars - Empire At War Gold\EAWX
It's important you are in EAWX folder, aka Forces of Corruption folder.
Inside, you will find "Mods" folder. If not, make one, and extract the mod inside it, so you have something like:
D:\GOG Games\Star Wars - Empire At War Gold\EAWX\Mods\EAW-Remake_Light
Now go back to EAWX folder. Create new notepad file. Edit with Notepad++ (can be done without it but it's so simple and important tool, just get Notepad++ and open your new empty notepad file with it)
In the Notepad++, in your empty file, put:
swfoc MODPATH=Mods\EAW-Remake_Light
Adjust mod name if it's different to you. You can rename the mod folder if you wish, just make sure what you put into Notepad++ is the same as the name of the folder with mod in your \Mods folder.
Now, in notepad++ click "File", "Save as", type whatever name you want and select Save as: "Batch file (*.bat, *.cmd, *.nt)"
And save of course. Now next to your empty notepad file, you should have "whatever you named it.bat". Double click, and voila!
As you can see, by adjusting the MODPATH=Mods\???? you can make a launcher of your own for every mod you want. Takes ~3 minutes tops.
Enjoy and check mod discord for patches and updates - there are some already out there that fix issues with Home One and few other things ;)

spawn_fighters number does nothing, but I found out changing the amount of fighters per squadron is indeed relatively easy - I just set all squads to spawn 3 units, of course balance is different question - ships with hangars as their prominent feature are "nerfed" this way, costs are not adjusted, and not all squads are 6 by default so some are reduced by 50%, some less, but hey, it lags less!
To do this, read this guide Forums.revora.net
Basically, editing B-wing for example, you find a line with "Squadron units", delete the amount of B-wings from it you wish, then remove "Squadrons offsets" lines equal to amount of ships you removed. Which one you remove affects their position in formation, but It's not worth the time to figure it out, best just remove starting from the bottom (so if 3 b-wings are removed, remove 3 bottom squadron offset lines).
Some squadrons like Xwing (and tie hunter IIRC) have different types of ships in the squadron - X-wing appears to have 3 "dual fire" X-wings and 3 "quad fire" x wings, I assume only half the squad gets quad guns for balance reasons or something; I chose to remove dual fire x wings but the choice is yours ;)

Funny thing I found: Home One spawns completely broken when built in skirmish - it has all it's hardpoints destroyed, but full HP and shields - it just floats around and does nothing :D

I thought it's easy to change the number of fighters per squadron, but after double checking, it appears there's more it it

So far, this is hands down the best mod for EAW. Visual quality and the "feeling" of battles is great! There are few issues I spotted playing some skirmish games, but nothing that can't be easily fixed - honestly, I if this gets even better, It might be my favourite mod of all time.
Issues I mentioned for the most part can be tl;dr'd as: bombers. Fighters and anti-fighter ships seem to not be very effective at stopping them quickly, and bombs do INSANE damage. Considering how fast bombers are, one can easily delete everything and win every battle by just spamming bombers. Adjusting accuracy vs starfighters/bombers a bit for most weapons, and a lot for anti-starfighter weapons, while reducing bomber damage output should fix the problem.

Overall, GREAT job man!

Is it possible to somehow get arts from loading screens in higher reslution than those 720p from mod directory? These arts are astonishing but get a bit blurred when i use them as background on fullhd screen ;/
