Hello，Production team！ I'm your fan from China.(My English level is too poor,sry)

The Chinese patch cannot run on the Windows XP system,my game was downloaded from steam，COH Version number is 2.700.2.43(New steam version) Mod version is 2.3.1-C

Previous versions can be perfectly operational，but 2.3.2-c can't,only run on English,i think maybe ChineseTrad have some problem,i hope you can fix it.
This is my favorite mod ever!
