Perhaps this question has been asked, but is this mod related to the original AGD from way back in '06, or is this a completely new mod?

I've been really busy as of late and haven't had a lot of time to work on modding... I'd like to get back to it eventually though, I'll let you know!

first off, the folder that contains the BHD files MUST be named Blackhawk_Down. secondly, bhd won't run with updates 10+, so make sure your version is Update 9

BHD isn't a map, it's a mod... just download and run the installer and then enable it in the options menu in wic

hopefully soon... the coding's pretty much done, we just need to test and get a couple more models finished up before we release the mod

The mod won't work if you're running Updates 10+, so double check your WiC version to make sure.

try running the game with the -debug command and send me the debug file. Also, try running it with less bots and see if it still does it.

I'm not sure if soviet assault is compatible with WiC update 9, so you'll either have to downgrade to version 9 and lose SA or stay with SA and not be able to play BHD

change the install directory for the mod to: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\World In Conflict\Mods\Blackhawk Down

make sure you're running update 9, as the mod is not compatible with update 10. secondly, you've installed the mappack to My Documents/World in Conflict/Downloads/Maps?

Wherever your Shared Documents folder is. It should still be the C drive

reinstall WiC and then repatch up to v9

just create a folder there called "Maps"

Which OS are you running it on? Do you have Update 10 for WiC?

As of now, the mod is not updated to work with WiC's new Update 10. It could be a while until it's made compatible.

have you updated to patch #10? if so, none of the user created mods are currently working with the new update. until we figure this out with massive, you guys are going to have to play vanilla WiC

Try going to Shared Documents\World in Conflict\mods and see if there's a folder called Blackhawk_Down with a file inside of it called Blackhawk_Down.sdf. Make sure both the folder and the file are spelled exactly the same way

hey iasaun, it may be a while before the next we release a new version as my team is pretty much MIA and my desktop was KIA. There won't be much work getting done until I get a new computer or figure out how to fix this one, but in the meantime, i've been teaching myself python, so maybe we'll be able to figure out some pretty neat new additions for WiC.
