Thanks for replying, the files are downloading as FILE though (see comment after me, he seems to be having the same issue) and is prompting me to select a program to open them with. When I choose WinRAR it gives an error message, "The archive is in unknown format."

what program do you use to install the files once they have been downloaded?

Is there a way I can play this on patch .06? I have the steam version and don't know how to go back a patch...

Cheers for taking the time to reply! I have noticed they like to blindside me. I'll give that a go. I chose to leave Zaton early and head to Jupiter to get geared up with better weapons to fight the bloodsuckers, but it's a very slow process!

Hey all, hate to come running with a trivial question, but is anyone else having heaps of trouble against bloodsuckers and controllers??

The bloodsuckers are completely invisible at all time apart from a split second after they swipe you, I know the mod is meant to be difficult but I have only successfully killed one so far and they was sheer luck!

Also the controllers are brutal! The one in the dangerous cave in Zaton killed me instantly before I had even entered it's line of sight. I think there is another one in the Iron Forest anomaly however I am not sure because I die before I can even pass the walls into the place :(

Other than that, I love this rehash, you have done well TZP! I really enjoy the shootouts, the enemies hardcore accuracy provides a great challenge. The AI is significantly better too...

As for the money system, I am doing quite well. I have managed to get myself up to about 60,000RU, but only through heavily restricting my spending. The money system is pretty much spot on, provides a great challenge and delivers a real feeling of scarcity.

Have you guys restored the slow, shuffling zombies that attack hand to hand? I'm not a diehard walking dead fan or anything, but in large groups (like the blind dogs) they can be pretty deadly, requiring you to be precise with your precious bullets.

Love this mod, everytime I play it I come across a new weapon :) one problem though, lots of crashes.

I've tried keeping the amount of quests to a minimum but it still happens fairly regularly... Do you have any other suggestions to prevent crashes?

I thought about having a bitch, then I woke up to myself, realized it's just one of many, many games. Then went outside and got some fresh air.

Take note Todd the Liar, STALKERchan and any other buttmads with an entitlement issue; outside exists. Get some sunshine :)

I remember playing a mod for ShoC that transformed npc's into zombies (the slow, creepy type) if they didn't escape an emission in time, that would be pretty cool. Have it so you have so little time you have to make an on the spot decision to drop your hard earned loot and run for your life or carry around very expensive anabiotics...
