I disagree though. The shields on the Eldar Tanks brings to me the feel of DOW 2, like the Wraithlord wraithbone regeneration thingy Cylarne added (I think). Removing that ability; please don't.

Add cost to it if balance is an issue, whatever, but I like those Eldar Shields.
