you could turn god mode on kill them and turn it back off

If you turn god mode on before you enter and off when you finish loading then you will be fine

its a tiny sliver of health that they have when they want to forfeit which the animation can take a while to start and if you lower their health a little more they go down, I've gotten most of mine from quick saving because its just easier.

1.4.11 was on the files list a day or so ago but it was to buggy so they took it down it will probably be up tomorrow or something if you cant wait you can download 1.4 and the patch 1.4.10 here Moddb.com

that sucks what faction are you playing as he might be at your faction starting area or something like that.

you just have to hope somebody who knows how to fix this sees it. or try posting again later.

he is an old man he walks around a bit.
I just kept sleeping until he was around.

they will soon update to 1.4.11/1.4.12 since they took down 1.4.11 for bugs.

install the patch then AO3.

Maybe somebody will make a mod if they haven't already then maybe i will.

If i remember the updater was having a lot of problems. They will be reuploading 4.11 soon since they took in down yesterday due to bugs but not the updater for who knows how long.
