The least update version FX 2.0 beta has been released on 4/30/2014.
However you have to go to its chinese webpage to download the chinese version. Hope they will translate it soon

Wasn't RA3 locked FPS at 30?? 1366*768 was not supported by RA3 settings, and I modified the config file to make it that way.
