When starting a new game, Samurai use 1 party slot by default, so I manually raised it to 2 in the camp menu. Is it intended or maybe you forgot to raise the default setting? :)

I know that link is old but also in the latest version of the game a female PC can have infinite troops in her husband's garrison with no upkeep cost, making the game trivial. I also tried other mods in the past (the original gekokujo too) and no one fixed it. Maybe is hardcoded stuff or a design choice. Anyway thank you for your reply, I'll play male and problem solved :)

Hi! After years I want to enjoy M&B again and I chose your beautiful mod to spice things up. I'd like to try the female path but in vanilla it was broken (as pointed in the link below): so easy that, once married, the challenge and the fun ends. Is this "issue" fixed in this mod? Thank you!

Hello, thank you for this lovely mod! Before I start the conquest of Westeros and the goodbye of real life, I'd like to know how this mod manages 2 gameplay decisions that I usually dislike in M&B vanilla and mods:

- Tons of Immortal companions: some mods add the option to have a lot of companions (or even unlimited, f.e. in warsword), and this makes mid-endgame unreal and easy, thanks to the trainer skill and the immortal force. Does Awoiaf has a balanced limit to the number of heroes in the party? Or the enemy armies can have immortal heroes-like troops too?

- In vanilla playing as a female should have been harder, but in reality it was brokenly easy: marry a lord with a castle to have free garrisons! No need to worry about wages anymore. Was this issue fixed here? (Please don't reply with "then play with a male")

TY

The best solutions are the simple ones! Nice idea!

You could think about nerfing it to 65, and/or boost the other spells of the sign... merry Xmas btw! :D

I think that The Tower birthsign is now OP with Open 75 pts. You can immediately enter places like Arrille's tradehouse (lock 70) in Seyda Neen: a ton of armors and weapons that make the first days very easy.

UPDATE: I think I found a way to make it work! The problem is caused by the Dynamic Water Replacement feature of necessities. You can access the configure menu ("set BN_DebugMessage to 1" in console), go to "water source" then "configure dynamic water replacement" and toggle "dynamic replacement". Now the mods work fine together! The feature was made to increase compatibility with other mods (lol!): it scans for water-source objects added to vanilla by other mods. So, if MR added a well somewhere, it will not work to drink. But everything else will work fine. I'll test more and report here :)

Sadly, as GhiraD pointed out, necessities conflicts too much with rebirth: the game crashes a lot when you are indoor, even if you activate necessities only after leaving the census. Is there a way to fix this? TY

Yes, the only problem I had is that, with rebirth+necessities, the game crashes while talking to solucius during the character creation. Just activate the necessities mod after you leave the census, and then everything seems to work fine.

PS I also suggest the official mods

Great mod, thank you!

I'm starting Morrowind again after years. This time I'll play permadeath with a bit of lore-friendly mods that fix the exploits and make the game really challenging.

Morrowind rebirths is the best but doesn't fix two exploits that could ruin the immersion. So, after a long research, I suggest those mods to hardcore players like me:

Forums.bethsoft.com
It finally fixes the buff exploits adding a realistic cap based on your attributes and inspired by D&D. This fix should be (optional) in every mod, IMHO.

Nexusmods.com
Adds food, water, sleeping needs. The game is more immersive and you can't train anymore leaving the game alone for hours. Now time matters!

Last suggestion: permadeath challenge! :O
