i just figured it out there's nothing wrong with your mod, my save was corrupted so i had to restart
for the ui that you asked for its the same as efp's (Simplified vision) and about the save and load (it was a quick save and i always load my saves twice before continuing because on the first load it adds time (about 40 minutes to the ingame time)
im using efp with some mods this is the only mod i added today does it matter that im using a custom menu music mod? it doesn't crash when i reload a save when i removed your mod
nice mod works perfectly fine when pausing but reloading a save crashes without error message and gives this in the log in appdata

yes its possible I just made it work using banjaji's crafting system Moddb.com also i included a craftable artefact toolkit from Moddb.com
how do I remove the requirement of needing a basic tool kit to make a basic toolkit?, I've already increased the materials needed to make each toolkit (so I have to craft and grind more without getting it easily in marked stashes)

i have -447 goodwill with the military but when i killed a military member to cause the ceasefire (i had a bounty quest) i instantly lose goodwill with both duty and military and all other miltary npc shoot me on sight whether i change map or not

all i had to do was use the music that ive owned in mp3 format convert them to .ogg then go to your mod under playlist_1 remove the songs you had then add my own and it works when i pull the radio up in the pda
