Hello, I've Installed all the files in the necessessary load order, no submods, reinstalled, but keep getting crashed after title loading screen, are dlcs required?

Yo this mod is dope but it EXTREMELY hard to play because the font is messed up. I've reinstalled it, tried fonts from other modules, but nothing works and renders this mod unplayable.
