Province: Cyrodiil is a mod for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. It aims to create the province of Cyrodiil, also known as the Imperial Province. This creation is based heavily upon the lore describing the region in The First Pocket Guide to the Empire. Many will recognise Cyrodiil as the province in TES4 Oblivion, but you will find that this iteration is vastly different and should provide many new experiences for TES fans.
This month's BHC brings news of some smaller assets that are really making an impact on the visuals of Province: Cyrodiil. While working hard on finishing up our first little release of Stirk we have also been expanding on what our ideas are for the overall cultural picture of Colovia.
That brings us to our news. We have recently developed a variety of new assets for use in our Colovian areas of Cyrodiil. These include expansions of the vanilla com_p and com_r furniture sets which allow more variety among our interiors while remaining true to the Colovian aesthetic introduced to us in Morrowind. We have also spend time developing new clothing for our rustic Colovians and these items really bring another level of integration to the mod. The last major area of asset development that has borne fruit over the last few weeks is that of our Colovian Barrows. We now have appropriate containers for cluttering these barrows and we have fixed several minor issues with the tileset as well as created some new pieces to help expand what is possible when creating these amazingly mysterious interiors.
Here are some images of the latest developments, not everything is included here but it is a nice taste:
I hope these new developments are wetting your appetites! Expect to see some new developments on the release front soon. Only six more Stirk interiors are standing between you and more exploration in Province: Cyrodiil!

This BHC shows off some of the latest development for the Gold Coast.
Apologies for the lateness of this, but a few of our couriers met with untimely demises while trying to spread the news. Poor chaps, we heard some rumblings...
This month's BHC is late! That is what happens when you don't get to do this for money. Real life takes priority and some things are forgotten. Never...
Hello faithful followers of Province: Cyrodiil. In today's Black Horse Courier we talk about our new website.
Fixes a small bug that was causing a crash. Now I am typing random stuff to satisfy the 50 character requirement. Hopefully you enjoy this little taste...

Where is the download? :/. Why posting something is not full?? :( :(
The developement is still going on, visit
Nexusmods.com?
I've been watching this mod for a long time and I want to that it is coming along great. If your team needs any 3d models made shoot me some concept art and I might be able to whip something up.
Any updates? Is the development still alive?
>version alpha
what exactly is finished and what have you yet to put in?
Love that you went with the lore correct climate
(the closest you can get to this in oblivion is
Nexusmods.com)
Now this is just chatter (or rather a line in the "latest rumors" topic)
BUT... People who know the Elder Scrolls lore know that the Emperor (stupidly) used "CHIM" to convert the lore accurate Cyrodiil to the land we see in Oblivion. If say there was a main quest that involves the player in this matter somehow (*cough emperor's lackey cough*) that culminates in the emperor activating his chim magic and ending it with a line like: "these lands will never be the same again... in a fiew years that is while chim kicks in..."
How awesome would that be :D
THis mod has an amazing opportunity and looks very promising, I love this project and I hope to see it worked on and more advanced because you guys do an amazing job and you put alot of hard work on this amazing project!
I want to thank you for doing this to the modding community, you guys keep morrowind alive and I love seeing you do more stuff!
10/10 job!
I'm a little lost at the moment. I'm entirely new to mods, the only game I've used mods on is Mount & Blade. I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to this game I downloaded this, put everything in the data folder and when I go to the Morrowind launcher and Data Files I check everything related to this mod however when I start the game I'm not in Cyrodiil? Is there like a place where it lets you travel there or am I doing something wrong? Sorry for the inconvenience... if there's a guide or tutorial anywhere that helps beginners understand how to mod this game it would be much appreciated.
