Has anyone tried the mod yet? I want to know whether it just changes the ideology or is it something better before i try it
I will just write this down anyways.
Let's start with foreign politics backstory:
Upon the deposing of Napoleons puppet leaders, Baltic, Belorussian and Ukrainian goverments decided to establish a treaty of cooperation in times of war. In 1860's, when jacobin radicals took over these 3 states the cooperation treaty lost some of its credibility, but it still acted as a defensive pact between all 3 states. 30 years later, tough, belorussian state decided to enact a general election with all parties, not only marxist ones like it used to be, allowed. This damaged the relationships between these 3 states. It damaged it even more, when Ukrainian people's republic started banning all anti-marxist sentiment in its state. While on the other side of this fragile alliance in Baltic Socialist Union national-marxist party won the election called "LWP" (Latvian Workers Party). Soon this party took absolute control and allowed only it's puppet parties exist just so the feel that democracy still kinda existed in the state. But it also had the consequence, that only latvian people (the other ones in the union were lithuanians and estonians) could potentially govern the state. This started the Latvian Supremacy era in BSR.
Game part: you could add historical flavour texts about these events in "Present day". For example, have event about the "Between the seas conference", where Baltic has that years hostage and has a choice between banning non-marxist members to join (disalow belorussia to attend) which will increase opinion between Baltic and Ukraine and increase their marxist pary support, other choice would be allow Belorussia to attend, where you lose opinion with Ukraine, but gain with Belorussia and you both get democratic party supprt, but ukraine has then choice to atten (gain diplomatic) or do not attend (gain marxist), or the third choice would be disband the alliance, which effects would be increased support for nationalist parties for all 3 members, if they choose to accept the fate of the alliance.

I saw in the de jure screenshots, that you ARE implementing northern europe (thankfully).
Suggesttion: rename Lithuania to Baltics, since at the time there was no "real" lithuanians. The crack of baltic cultures happened around 6th century, ~200 years before this mod exists.

Only thing you have to have is native knowledge of certain culture, so you cant misinterpret (?) the cultural heritage and such.
Either reinstal the game or delete the chache, thats all i know, but ask the creator or some other techincal genius.
If you have free time for historicly minor for some, but major for others events, i would help, just say.

Riga was founded in 1201, but settled back then. It should also be a barony, because it didnt became aggressor landing city yet.
Vanilla - zemgale is tribal up until 1201, as it should be.
Shattered world (+ life is tribal) always playable.
This + shattered (it actually works with some minor flaws) works.
This only - screwed.
Needs fix if you sse it too, ifnot , i have to reinstal.

You MUST use a new map, because there are numerous new territories, which were made important between medieval and modern times, which you are portraing. Also monarchies should be left as they are now, BUT republics should be reworked, with such important aspects as parliaments.
Actually, this idea seems an utopia and i doubt you can make it, unless you are paradoxian yourself.
Nice work, if the 1.5 gets released (and with no big bugs) i would actually try this deeper than just making the charcter, entering a battle scene and chrashing.
Its good to be the only person on the internet, that educates people about the unknown terra mariana.
