Can't seem to get past the map echoes13, it loads but a script seems to fail resulting in the elevator not moving and the player being locked in place.

That's a slight shame, sounds like this project was even more ambitious than what was eventually realized in this final product.
Nothings stopping you from working on it for another 7 years, heck maybe interest has been rekindled with this new release and finding someone to do side quests would be trivial, though I think it'd be much healthier to move on to other projects.

I'm out of the vault and I got to Union City, was still sort of getting that impression that the game was piping me along by that point with how barren the city seemed.
I suppose at any point I could just start walking in a random direction, though doing that always makes me a little uneasy if I'm not going in the general direction of a quest.
But as a small project I expected something about the size of Fallout 3's Point Lookout DLC, so far it has exceeded that expectation as I feel like I've barely scratched the surface of what the mod has to offer.

Whelp, the mod makes my Laptop weep, but it's pretty damn good.
I'm about 4 hours in and I'm still waiting for the mod to give me some breathing room to just explore, scavenge, talk to random npcs, and do side quests, but I'm starting to get the impression that's not how the mod is structured.

I hope (but doubt) that moddb uses static download links, I have a very unreliable internet connection and it'll inevitably drop out during this download, a static link would be a real life saver since those can be restarted without losing progress.

If I go to sleep than this mod will likely be out by the time I wake up, but how could I possible sleep when the mod is this close to release?
