The OGSR Configurator has an option for turning off Feeling Bad Effects

Im late i know but there is a setting in Gamedata/Config/External.ltx

default_strafe_enabled = true

Pretty sure changing that to "false" would of fixed your issue.

Glad you got it working, as for mods iv not played the extended version yet but none of them look essential to me, probably better to play "as is" for the most stable experience.

Try deleting the "Lost Alpha Configurator" folder from C:\ProgramData\

EDIT: Nevermind, it should show up even without getting rid of that folder. I just checked and its there "LADC Extended v2.23"

That right there is the problem, that launcher is for normal DC not the Extended one.

I assume you tried using the DX11 or DX9 renderers?

You may need the directx redistributable package Microsoft.com

Nice havin a workin launcher again but it keeps tellin me it has reset my settings everytime i start it (even though it only ACTUALLY did it the first time). That and a few of the mods seem to be missing from the Lost Alpha Official channel. I guess its better than nothing.
