Daemonion is really busy with stuff IRL, and I (I've been doing scripting and engine mods) have also been busy with work. The inner workings of the team are kind of shifting around and the project looks like it's going to undergo some big changes. I'm really sorry, but I don't think LURK 1.2 is coming out this year.
However, on the modeling side of things, we've got a ton of brilliant work for weaponry that's been progressing smoothly (as this is rather independent of how the main game is going to work, since we have the look and feel down).
