You can try installing the Content mod first, then the Lively Towns mod, if the buildings appear transparent and some objects are floating in the air, verify the integrity of all files with the .m0X extension in the Gothic3/Data folder.
The number of these files will vary in different mod setup installations, just make sure the file extension always starts with .m00
Remember, without continuity, you can only rename files with a .m0X extension. Do not rename other file extensions with the same name, such as p00, c00, cpt.
