For It's time it was a beautiful and very addictive game that pushed PCs hard. It's likely one of, if not the best arena FPS game ever... If only Unreal Tournament did not exist ;) Yeah UT was better fight me Quake fan boys. Quake 3 is still a must play though.

A really solid experience, one of the very best games on the old Nintendo 64, and now it looks better runs better and can be modded. Perfect.
Improves the look of the game with out changing it way to much.
