I found the culprit, it's the weather mod (CGIM) included in the package in additional mods.

I tried with just the main files and everything works correctly, but once I instal the weather mod, the lightning gets weird (way too much bloom and fake shadows even when AO is disabled), every surfaces are bleeding light, and the colours are completely wrong.

I haven't tested with the weather mod from the launcher, but the one from your archive is definitely the culprit.

Edit: I tried with the launcher version, it doesn't work, the game crashed when trying to create wa new game.

I'll add to this that I strongly suggest using the default bloom preset.
I just spent one hour playing with the game settings, bloom kernel and threshold, lumscale, etc... And couldn't figure out how to get a clear image that is not overbright, over dark, and most importantly, doesn't transform clear patches into light sources.

Turns out it was because I was using the build Idon'trmemebrwhat setting, and clear sky setting is barely better, the default one is definitely the best, the light on surfaces gets better distributed.

Now, I just need to figure out a good bloom setting for the sky, that is once again, either too bright or too dark.

I have an issue:
Each time I reload a save, all my limescale, bloom, etc... settings are reset to default, which is kind of annoying, considering the bloom in the game is completely botched.

Also, in the readme, it is said that it is compatible with the following mod :
HD NPC Pack v1.00

Where can I find it?
The one in the addons in moddb is said to be incompatible.
There is mention of one being available through the launcher (which isn't) and it is said to not use the launcher mod manager anyway.

Is there another way to download it?
I can only manage to download it at very low speed (300kb/s) and it stops working midway.

It doesn't work for me, I input the input and output folder, select the files and nothing happens.
I can't select the extract button.

Could it be possible to have some kind of real sound pack too for the weapons?
I'm pretty sure I make more noise with my mouth than the shotguns.

If you look at the video down below, you'll see that they don't do more damage.
The mod even add less weapons than Henry's tweaks mod.

Same here, I just play with max settings in DX11 in 1920x1080 and it runs really good.
I even was surprised by it.

If you can find the 1.4004 patch, it has Russian voices and English text.

But I'm far into the game and apparently, even though a trader patch has been included, so far, except in escape, all trading features are broken, barman has 0 stock, and I can sell all my equipment full price to every NPCs.

So, apparently, the weather system tracks some parameters like lumscale, tonemap, etc ?
I have to increase lumscale hemi and lowlum otherwise the game always looks dead with very low luminosity even in a clear day under the noon sun.
Problem is, after finally managing to get all the parameters I wanted, I had the weather get stuck bug.
No more sun, and always cloudy weather, even wih this mod installed, how can I correct this ?

I'm sorry to ask such a stupid question, but what STCom and OA mean ?
A lot of addons have them in their names, do they need more requirement than Call of Chernobyl and Call of misery ?
