I apologize for calling it ugly based on the previous version (actually v1 with hotfix), because it did look pretty messed up back then.
EVERYTHING had tracer effect, even buckshot, as I said in the previous comment, and they were the default effects from the looks of it.
Still, maybe it should be an optional thing, seeing some people don't like them at all, and personally I don't care for them outside of the utility they provide for subsonic ammo.

Same, not sure if really "making sense" is my real complaint, but rather that it doesn't look nice, the effect is just plain ugly.
Also haven't tried this version+patch yet, but on the previous one even the buckshot pellets came out as tracers (how does that even work?), which was pretty terrible looking.

Why are there tracers for non-9x39 stuff to begin with?
Is it possible to disable them?

And to think I've been following this for almost a decade, even if without a Mdb account at the very first time.
It's a weird feeling so see that it's still not relased, but at the same time far from dead, and even recently updated.
I was already amazed by the features showcased back in those days, considering the engine that was being worked on, only rivals to such prowess for goldsrc modding were the Paranoia devs, and this still showed greater promise from the technical sense.
In short: los quiero, simplemente terminenlo a su paso.

I really wish the devs would've released the source code for this mod.
I understand they had priorities, and had to quit the development for greater purposes. But the last post was over 3 years ago, and almost a decade without updates means DEAD, not "hibernating".
Again, not blaming anybody, but at this rate, the mod would do better in the hands of the public, as it wasn't monetized to begin with.

i didn't like the weapon model pretty much, sorta holding hte silencer would burn your hand just like guardog said lol but the rest was simply awesome- try playing hte game while alone during night with lights of and high volume ;) (i almost **** myself by doing that the first time i played it)

the physics and hd weapons make it look like a source engine mod :0
