Yes, there is the option to talk about the domestic policies of other kingdoms and I´m able to select them.

No, I´m king of my own realm with 4 Lords(former companions) under me... therefore I don´t understand why it doesn´t work... :(

I conquered Akkedan and have a chancellor, but there is no option for changing culture. only following options:
Talk about domestic policy
--> Information about domestic policy of a kingdom
--> List of Kingdoms
--> change domestic policy
--> Info text about own policy
Information about a lord
--> List of Lords
Message to another lord
--> List of Lords
Send a gift
Household possessions
dismiss option
back

did I miss anything or need something else?

Is there any possibility yet in vers. 1.11 to change the player kingdom troops from swadian to i.e. eastern province?

If you want to use a german umlaut you can also wright it out:

Ä,ä = Ae,ae
Ö,ö = Oe,oe
Ü,ü = Ue,ue

Maybe it will fit better ;)
