I hope you are still not decide how to "summon" reapers... Yesterday I've got an idea, that it will be nice if reapers will appear "from" Omega-4-styled mass relay. Or reapers began from collectors homeworld, where they can build that relay.

And collector ships can work like harvesters (stealing enemy ships and raiding enemy planets with stealing people) and collect material on their base, what can allow you to build reaper on their base cheaper (than "classical" summoning), or just making Reaper Cap Ships cheaper for 5-8%, or, as analog, ability to explore weapon/defend/indocrinating
systems.
