Is this update fix the lag issue when enemies are charging in the battle?

I download the patch now it gives me rgl warnng with shader error

i mean the patch to fix the bugs when the freelancer is enabled

Uhm..I can export/import the companions from the previous ver. But i cant see the names of the new companions in export/import npc from the camp menu options..
