Grounded Commonwealth does exactly what it promises, it makes the world of FO4 more grounded to reality, nothing more and nothing less.

Ooga booga let's throw realism down the ******* and make everything more grindy than a ****** f2p korean mmo, human enemies without helmets requiring multiple headshots to down, player weapons have unrealistic bullet spread, mutants are 10 times faster and stronger because dudehardcorelmao, then we will pretend our mod is realistic durr hurr.
