im not a member of the dev team but i have exp in mods... and in these kinds of mods its always a problem to predict how much of the work is already done. i.e. you can't know if you have a week to go or a month to go since the problems can emerge from thin air... but if you still want an answer i'd say they are doing finishing touches and troubleshooting.
about 10-25% of the work is still ahead of them...

Gunrun I'm Joel and I want to give you some suggestions about the mod, but first have you played CnC Reborn for Zero hour before?? if you have played it I will be glad if you will use some of the ideas they have used in their mod for example the USA Rogue General which has a firebase with droned machine guns and etc....
