Hi, I have a steam installation of W40K DoW & SS. How do I start the mod ?

Just a question: Why is it called Lite ? Do we have to add something to make it even better ?

I did to, and I suppose you have an ATI card. In the desktop open the Catalyst Control Center ( aka CCC ) and go to the Catalyst AI option and disable it. Worked for me & a friend of mine on different computers ( I have a G73, he has a desktop ).

Ah, finally after disabeling the catalyst AI it works perfectly. Wonderfoul mod.

I although want to report a little bug: There is no character immage, I mean when I go in front of a mirror I can't see the doomguy.
It's quite relevant because, p.e., there is a part where you look your self in the mirror of a bathroom & watch your self melting in flames. With the mod, when that should happen, it doesn't.

Can you fix it ????? Pretty pleeease ??? ^^ Thank you.

As never said. Works perfectly, I just have to study a bit some settings ( didn't change anything yet ).
I didn't copy the "TexturePack_PD3_v1.0.pk4" yet, I'll see if something changes with it on

I tryed this mod on an ASUS G73JH with ati 5870 & Win7 Home Prem.
It crashes on load. Any suggestions ?

Oh, if I turn off Catalyst A.I. Doom 3 simply doesn't start. Don't know why.

Will you Edit the homescreen, maybe with a little text, to let us know if the mod is active without starting a game. Thank you ^^.

Edit:

I'ld suggest to do an english installer on next update, and not with spanish buttons, just to do it a bit more international.

In the description he told he borrowed a few things from Chill mod
This is much better for me than Chill, because in Chill some textures for me were grey & white.
I still have to se if this thing is portable though.
