For the fix. ^
that is a leftover of an old attempt to do ironsights I believe, you'll need to switch to a different gun that doesn't have that issue sadly.
There is a fix here:
Moddb.com
Please refer back to that page if you run into further problems.
That is how TTW works to put FO3 into NV they haven't had any issues with legality regarding it.
I seem to recall that the game doesn't render your head or helmet in first person, but it does render your gloves in first person. Don't know if it can be fixed without just removing that gas mask/gloves option and just using helmet versions of gas masks.
"3. Help, my in-game mouse cursor is gone and I can't find it!
I'm not entirely sure what's causing this, but it's a quick fix. The mouse cursor works for some people, but if your cursor has run off, here's what to do.
Simply navigate to your Red Wars folder in the Mount & Blade: Warband \ Modules directory. Then go into the Textures folder and delete the cursor.dds file. This will remove the mod's custom cursor and revert back to the default Mount & Blade cursor."
The troubleshooting article was buried a bit, so I can understand not seeing it. But it can be found by clicking articles at the top or clicking more articles at the bottom of the above list of articles. Hopefully someone else will see this comment and be able to find their answer sooner.
Hope you have fun with the mod.
Edit: It can also be found at the top over at the mod description.
Are the leaf bombs explosives or chemical weapons?
Besides the occasional powerpoint presentation that occurs when troops get shoved into too small a space, no real major problems I can see.
1. Mod author hasn't had experience adding new factions yet, the map is the same as it was from The Red wars mod (WW2 Mod set in Calradia)
2. The mod is set in 1918 (Vaegirs aren't at war with Swadia at the beginning of the game) and set in Calradia.
Form (Number) Ranks
Spread Out.
This allows your troops to not stretch themselves to the edges of the map without condensing your troops. This allows you to make sure your troops are contributing to the fight (and not stuck on the edges of the map) while still not being as vulnerable to explosives.
If you have no fighters of your own, you need to press "Order your troops to fight without you" to kill the planes. Sometimes this nets you an extra plane or two if you knock them unconscious.
I noticed the Slave Girls don't seem to upgrade into the Gladiatrix Line as the wiki would suggest. Is this intended or a bug?
I love how you can crash your motorcycle at full speed and blow it up xD
I personally always recommend starting a new game when updating any mod, but if you want to try your old saves to see if they still work you can rename the 1.2 folder to exactly match the name of the old 1.0 folder.
They also can use MG Ammo Boxes, which carry 250 rounds each.
Being attacked by bandits in town at night is real spooky walking down the alleyways looking for the other bandit. I liked it.
Wow the Policeman with the gigantic horse is hilarious! xD
Yeah, don't fight at night it is miserable unless you have enough troops firing to use their muzzle flashes to see.
Also if you get stuck on loading for more than 5 mins, exit and re-launch.
He wanted to allow the player to experience the unique parts of the mod fairly quickly, hence why looting from bandits is so lucrative and the relatively low startup price of enterprises compared to their profitability.
No, I think it was the team for Calradia: Imperial Age.
Sorry about the one skype sound, forgot to turn off the sounds while I was recording -- Luckily it was only one.
Really Excited for this.
Does the number of Howitzers you buy effect the amount shells fired in a barrage in battle?
Will there be carbines that could be reloaded from horseback or will cavalry have to use pistols for ranged combat while mounted?
Developer Update - October 30th, 2016. While not this month, it is not far enough back to warrant rumors of abandonment.
I wish you well, I would be okay with either a Calradic Setting or an original setting. (Calradia has a certain nostalgic charm from when I first heard about Mount & Blade, but an original setting can be interesting and refreshing
All I know is that whatever you choose, I will certainly enjoy it.
Any plans to add bicycles? Either as a super-cheap low tier mount or as an inventory item that adds pathfinding (To simulate your infantry using the bikes to move faster than just on foot) while in inventory?
I saw that there was the Train stations in Red Wars so I assume (Not experienced with M&B Modding) that one would need to script it so the Train conductor NPC spawns only in locations with the train station improvement constructed and to have an option to talk to either the train person or to someone in your government to select which stations to link together. Possibly having a certain faction relation requirement for linking between factions' stations.
Will there be an option for all of your troops to crouch? Or will it always be just the front line crouched and then if there is only one line everybody standing?
It is based upon the base game's nations but advanced in technology with a few extra nations added in for greater diversity.
