Soundtrack is simply phenomenal, I tried to think of anything I could possibly see wrong with it and you have shown me it's not possible.

As for the game, there's something that always bothers me about people who make a title because they feel "inspired". By trying to base a game off of Portal, it can have me and potentially anyone else who views your game with the idea of "Why not just buy Portal or play Portal mods?" It is very difficult to convince anyone in the likes of me to actually just drop about 10$ for something that I could just download off a mod.
Now this isn't to go without saying that the game looks great, it really does catch my eye as another perfect example of indie potential. Sadly, you need to spread away from the look of just another already existing game.

I'd recommend adding something new to the game, in order to make it a new, and fresh experience for horror.

As an example, you took the caption of sound and used it to give fear to the player. That's great, and on the right direction. Although just the sound alone, will give me the bitter taste of "I've seen this before somewhere, nothing great.."
Making an idea out of an already used concept is a great way for indie developers to be seen by the public like me, who are interested in any new arising horror game. By taking the idea of sound horror, and making it so, for the sake of example, you were to say be walking down a tunnel, and hear singing from behind you. By instinct, the player would do a quick double check to make sure he was clear, but while returning his sight to the front would be frightened by something he was not expecting.

It may not be the greatest idea, or the easiest thing to make, but I'm not suggesting any great ideas here, but in the hopes someone might one day listen and come up with their own to create a satisfyingly great experience once again.

I can already see the Doom aspects of it shining in your game, though I have some concerns with some of the items you portrayed in the video, if this isn't the final version.
- The gun sounds are pretty choppy, or just plain annoying to listen to for a long time.
- Some of those weapons, in fact MOST of them seem like guns taken from those 3 games, are these the only ones we'll be able to see? What kind of new element are you bringing that will differentiate yourself from those games?
- The storyline might need a bit of touch ups, I can almost taste the used up ideas there.
