How to run this mod through steam

i get an error (code 51) when trying to launch the game from steam after patching

Nope, using an HDD.

Anyone have really long load times since they installed the mod?

I remember my game would load the whole map at once before, but now when I enter different sections of the map it takes forever to load. Also takes a while when loading my save file list.
