Hi, I've made a few more small fixes if you're interested.

Gibs now make a fleshy impact noise as opposed to the plastic one, I tried to do this in a clean way by changing the surface properties of the gibs but I ended up changing the default impact noise in game_sounds_physics.txt

The 357 now has a proper reload sound, I added the "357.Reload" event to weapon_357.txt

I swiped some content from a gmod addon in order to restore proper hl1 blood. Its not necessarily a fix but I found the hl2 blood used to be a bit jarring.

These are easy enough to implement yourself, but I can shoot you some files if you want.

This mod is simply terrible, I gave up about 4/5ths of the way through.

Will this give me access to the weapon files too?

I'm giving this a vote, because this is the best mod for half life ever.

I actually managed to port the new MP5 into Half Life Source, but I can get any of the new textures to apply.

I like Brutal Half Life for 2 reasons: Gore and the fact that they don't turn to the HD pack for better-looking weapons, and instead improve on the ones that are already there, like the glock, shotgun, and .357
