i click Half-life source.exe and in onpen the windows,in that,it's type:Failed to load the launcher DLL:"the specified moduel could not be found."some body pleas help me
Anyone who can find a fix for the Launcher DLL? It says the specified module cannot be found, other fixes are from HL2 and it says to delete the bin, but I don't see any. Please help.
The hands aren't showing up except for a net. The textures when holding the magnum are missing entirely, leaving the purple and black squares. The crowbar is a net as well.
I'm playing on Ubuntu.
anyway theres something wrong with barney and gman they keep opening their mouth wide open and close it without stopping and gman is being a slow **** too any way to fix this?
For everyone that's confused (as I was) on how to install this:
Copy everything in the "hl1" folder inside the archive to
"..\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl1_hd"
I'm not sure about the other files included in the archive.
I'm guessing that d3d9.dll file goes in the "..\Half-Life 2" folder (as most directx/direct3d dll's need to be placed in a folder with the program's main executable) and the Half-Life Source.exe is simply a shortcut to open Half-Life: Source directly via Windows Explorer.
I'm unsure where enbseries.ini is supposed to go. I think it's for shader settings to further improve graphics. Not required in a relative sense.
Does anyone have info on where to download the missing headcrab texture(s) and/or any other missing elements such as Medkit and HEV Suit, certain sounds mentioned, etc?
When I install the Ultimate Definition 1.5 for Half Life Source mod, I click on the Half Life Source icon but it does not enter the game you know how to fix, please answer my message

Go play Black Mesa. This isn't a recreation of Half-Life, it's just some textures and sounds to replace the shoddy ones.
It's a remastered mod. Think of it like Halo CE Anniversary, like a graphical overhaul rather than a remake. Metroid Zero Mission is a remake.

Totally lost as to how you install this mod, no clear instructions at all.
do i have to put it in the sourcemods folder or overwrite everything inside half life source folder?
nvm found out how to do that without ******* up the game simply put the content of the hl1 folder in D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl1_hd
