As a former Dev I know how hard it is to keep pushing a mod AND keep a constant stream of "Media Updates". A lot goes into it like what screenshots to pick, what developments to say, or if you want to make a promise for the future or not.
You did good on it.

I was one of them...
Laying down in the Hospital for a year, prior to release, I kept following the designs of your world to fill the dying dreams of mine. Acid rains painting tears on the murals of a long lost smile.
And I am just one. One of thousands. Thousands that will never find a way to reply, comment, express.
Of course Among Us will get more reception, of course Meme Mods will have a million videos. The way the world flows is trends, and offsprings of trends.
Simply because you were original doesn't mean you were wrong.
Hours to months to years, concepts to ideas to templates to retail.
Worlds rising from the black void of the Hammer grid, that will resonate in minds for lives until our hearts stop beating, until my heart stops beating.
Whenever you think of how little the achievement is, remember the Light City.
Light City was filled with stars, on posters and the lamps in the streets. Everyone knew a star, everyone had a star, everyone loved their star.
And when the power died, when the lights faded and gave way to the night sky, not one of them knew the millions of lights shining above were the true stars.

Honestly the issue of Media Updates relies a lot on Mod Activity.
If a Mod goes long without any media updates, it will most likely be claimed as dead.
Yet the opposite extreme applies if media updates are posted too often, in which case the overstocking leads to a quick burnout in the development team.
I would say keep the Media Update format to flexibly reflect the Progress being done.
The Longest Time a mod in active development can go without regular media updates is around the 3-5 Months mark.
If it goes near this range, try dropping Media two weeks in a row with one Progress Update.
Following that, you can keep a stock of new content in the back for the following refresh.
The takeaway is that Media reflects a lot on the sustainability of a Mod, and it should be "Rationed" as such.
Now all we need is a Pink Flamingo neon sign.
And then World Peace is achieved.

There is a lot of detailed work invested in the Mod and I am sure whichever group/party is at the table will realize the promotion potential at stake and allow the continuation without many alterations/obstacles.

Cry of Fear worked out well because it had that old-game aesthetic.
Try to keep everything on low detail, and use Max Payne 2 for reference.
So far you are doing a good job with preserving the detail.

And I have to say they look great !
The change from green to orange atmosphere is a new feeling so we'll see where that goes.
