For how many years have I thought that the Citadels were just pushed in through the Portals and then anchored...
I wonder if we'll see the Citadel get dropped by that 'ship' hovering in the sky and the Combine will add extra components and pieces to expand it, carefully 'sit it' into the surface of the Earth. Maybe they'll take away the extra 'cables' and 'supports' once it's complete? Looks pretty damn awesome, i gotta say, i hope we'll see it become 'dynamic' and 'animated' at some point in the game!
