From what I can tell the Romulans have been updated so that their trade port either acts as a trade port or a refinery. When it is in refinery mode it simply gives a flat boost to resource extraction within the system, without using refinery ships. I imagine the refinery ship references in the research are just left overs from version 1.0
This may seem like a silly question, but is the campaign from HW1 in this mod or is it just the ships?

Well if thats true then it must be broken, because thats the first one I tried, in multiple browsers.
I mean the answer is simply enough, but unless you have set it up with a table of correct answers we are expected to guess exactly what it was you put in as the sole correct answer (and I have to assume there is only one correct answer or I would have gotten in by now)
Hey I've tried setting up an account for your site to try the mod but I can't get past the verification question for who made Star wars Empire at War, and I've tried every combination of LucasArts and Petroglyph Games I can think of.

Man, you guys were not kidding when you said you were going to beef up the pirates. I started up a tiny map 1v1 on easy to get used to the changes and I got overrun by pirates within the first hour. The next game I tried (pirates disabled), the crystalline entity showed up at my homeworld before I so much as studied the Miranda. I'm starting to have MoO2 flashbacks.
