You could always make the Shivan base one of those large subspace gates. It'd seem like they're calling in more ships from where ever they come from. And it's canon!

Could that be the reason my I have massive lag when I zoom in on a ship, but virtually no lag when zoomed all the way out/in sensor manager?

I agree, its coming along great, but needs some work. Slow down the debris and the explosion itself. I find the secondary explosions before the ship lights up to be great, but the action destruction isn't big enough in my opinion. Nexus: The Jupiter Incident had great explosions that had a ton of "oomf" behind them.

2. I'm not completely sure how to get the Freespace Open Installer to work. I'm selecting the directory that FS2 is in, but then it says a "config file could not be downloaded". Should I proceed anyway? Does this have something to do with me having downloaded FS2 from GoG.com and it therefore being located in that folder?

This will probably sound really dumb, but War in Heaven and Age of Aquarius will work on the copy of Freespace 2 I bought from Good Old Games, right? Its a download and all that and I would hate to have to sit around to play Freespace 2 again.

This mod looks amazing, but how compatible is it with other COH mods (ie. Eastern Front)? Will I need to move some folders around or something to make it work?

This mod is mindblowingly well done! Really astoundingly good! I got a problem though and aren't sure what to do:for some strange reason all the ship models are green or red like the graphics aren't working out quite right. I'm not sure what's up, but it sure is hard to play in the state its in.
Anybody have suggestions? Thanks and keep up the great work!

Hey guys, I'm having some trouble making this work. (It looks awesome by the way!) So I move the .big file to the specified file and all that, but when I try to change the Target (add "-modFSFC.big" to the end) it won't let me. Says it is invalid. No idea what to do. Any advice?

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of an issue. As far as I know, I installed EF correctly (I got the launcher running and all that. EF even updated to the current edition). So I'm pumped, start it up, and enter a skirmish game. In the faction selection box, instead of "Soviet Union" or whatever I get a pink box with "$18010000 No Range" as the name. Tried it anyway and nothing shows up but a message saying I had a "Fatal Scar Error". What's up?

I have Windows 7 and CoH Gold edition (patched to the max) if that helps.
