I put a comment in the news section but I realized you guys might not check that (last comment Dec of last year. :P)Is this mod supposed to be played on Tech level 1? Because I can't find a way to increase tech level anywhere. Am I just being stupid? :P

Hey, is it just me or is there no research facility? Is this supposed to be played on tech level 1? :( I'm confused lol.

Is it only me or are the textures messed up? It's like has giant white stripes painted on it... It's fairly annoying.
