(I'm sorry if you are already working on this).I understand that you want to make each faction troops more unique. I wanted to say if want that, you could make every castle(some castles) have special recruits
such as mormont, bolton or frey. This would give a lot more ways for us to play and give you alot more stories to explore, the red wedding. And now that you added ironrath, it seemes to be the best time to try this idea out.

Could you make more recruitable sellsword companys. Or even make it available to join them just as a sellsword.
